Payment and currency
Prices on this website are shown in Euros. Customers can purchase from any country. If, during the purchase process, the customer changes the delivery address and the destination country, the prices and item availability shown in the final order summary will be updated accordingly, as will the quote.
Product prices may change at any time but possible changes will not affect orders in which THE CRAZY FIFTIES has sent the customer confirmation.
Value Added Tax
All product prices listed on this Website do not include VAT. For deliveries made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the corresponding taxes and excise duties will be applicable in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.
Invoicing
The client gives his express consent to issue the invoice in electronic format. If the client wishes to receive an invoice in paper format, they can request it at any time by contacting the email info@thecrazyfifties.es.
Payment Methods
THE CRAZY FIFTIES will only accept payments made through credit or debit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
Payment by credit or debit card
THE CRAZY FIFTIES accepts payment for purchases made through the Website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa and Mastercard for orders within Spain (except the Canary Islands)
If the payment method chosen by the client is a credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified. that the data communicated are correct.
Payment with PayPal / PayPal Expres
THE CRAZY FIFTIES agrees to process payment through the Paypal system. When sending the quote request you must ask us to enable this form of payment, the commissions will be reflected in the order and will be broken down in it.
Payment by bank transfer
All expenses derived from making payment by transfer will be borne by the client. For payments to be made by transfer, clients will be provided with the account number to which they must make the deposit. For reference, the customer must indicate his order number and full name. The customer will have a period of three (3) business days from the date they placed their order to make payment. The order will not be considered accepted until it is confirmed that the payment has been received. If after the indicated period THE CRAZY FIFTIES has not received the corresponding amount, the order will be cancelled.
Payment security
With the aim of providing maximum security to the payment system, THE CRAZY FIFTIES uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, confidential payment data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. For payment with Visa and Mastercard cards, THE CRAZY FIFTIES only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions including, if applicable, the international 3D Secure protocol distinguished by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode badges. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions.
When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Next, you will connect with the issuing bank, which will request that you authorize the operation using a personal authentication code. The operation will only be carried out if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
As a complementary measure to the 'Secure Payment' system and with the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet, THE CRAZY FIFTIES reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the client as well as adopt the measures it deems appropriate. (including cancellation of the order) so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.
