ONLINE EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS POLICY. RESPONSIBILITY

Right to withdraw from the purchase or changes

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the purchased product(s) and/or exchanges, without the need for justification, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. To do this, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment, send the product properly packaged and postage paid to THE CRAZY FIFTIES. In the event that the products that make up your confirmed order are delivered separately, on different dates, the date of receipt of the last product will apply for return purposes.

In the event that the customer returns all the products in their order within the first fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the last product, all payments received after the purchase will be refunded, including shipping costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify their decision through the following channels:

In any case, the return of the products will be made as established in the following sections within a period not exceeding the aforementioned 14 calendar days.

Conditions for changes and/or returns

To accept a return, both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original contents. A copy of the invoice and authorization from THE CRAZY FIFTIES must also be included in the shipment.

THE CRAZY FIFTIES will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged products (as long as it is not a quality or manufacturing defect).

Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned.

The exchange of one model for a different one will not be accepted. To exchange a product for a different one, the customer must return it and make a new purchase.

Conditions for changes and/or returns of personalized products

Given that part of KARLA NATALIA CORTÉS OVALLE's products are personalized, we want to dedicate a specific section of our General Contract Conditions to this type of items. In compliance with article 45 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade, there will be no right of return in the case of those goods manufactured according to the client's specifications or that have been clearly made to measure. There will also be no right of return in the event that the damage is due to misuse.

Returns that arise from an error for which KARLA NATALIA CORTÉS OVALLE is responsible or from any product defect are excluded from this jurisdiction. In such case, our company undertakes to exchange the defective product for another identical one in the shortest possible time. You will also be responsible for the return and shipping costs. In the event that the change cannot be made, the amount will be refunded.

In the event of a defective product due to poor management by KARLA NATALIA CORTÉS OVALLE, we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

If it is a change due to an error in the choice of size or color or in any of the product options, an error for which the purchasing user is responsible, he or she will be responsible for the shipping costs back to our office.

Personalized products are manufactured with the image and/or text sent by the user, in the same position, quality, resolution and measurements. The user is responsible for ensuring that the image or text sent when placing the order has adequate requirements for correct manufacturing. KARLA NATALIA CORTÉS OVALLE will not assume any responsibility for differences in color or resolution between the original image and that of the supplied product, caused by a defective quality of the original image file.
